At Rambo Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
